don’t sin when your angry, the only way is not to be angry emotionally, the paradox is that anger and hate are truly a deliberating state. like alcohol, smoking tobacco, these vices are part of the fleshly state, not the mindal state centered towards god.
anger is must for our ancestor background, war, and human tragedy, however the ability to rise above the problems and is to use a balance of forgiveness, tactfulness, and love.
the symmetry of love in this way will succeed, it may not be in the living of experience that we are allowed what resentment can do to us in making us more animalistic.
I believe that anger, hatred and resentment are duping us to be in direct control or rule by the world. i believe further that mind over matter is nothing but a hypnotics feeling or emotion that rules us. if we are to drive our thought out of our mind, yes we would be empty. however if the super-additive consequences of living love and forgiveness for the purpose of righteousness then we are one step on towards the goal of god like, but these must be a choice a complete choice not forced or hood winked. we have to be sophistry proof.
Goals are not needed but to get one is hungry enough then we are not in hate wearily persuading our ambition. we do not provoke and we do not selfishly do things under a yoke or rote.
so in the in the film of the patriot the actor, that was played by the white guy. may have had many reasons to be angry about. however, his skill to be disciplined and rises about his model of behavior triumphed even unto the killing of his enemies. it seems that we might debate this on a further date if you like.
