Dr. Arlene Griggs Spann is a woman of God who lives life on PURPOSE! She is an international speaker, teacher, author, and spiritual leader. Arlene is married to Deacon Dr. Jerome Spann and has two grown children and three grandchildren.
Arlene’s commitment to helping others is evident through her lifestyle of service. She serves as a Bod4God-Losing to Live weight competition facilitator at her local church. She founded Arlene Spann S.W.E.A.T.S. Weight Loss Program, because of her own health challenge. Arlene believes that everyone should live life in total wellness. She has been described as a powerhouse with a wealth of information.

Why blame God unless He/She is schizophrenic?
