The E. A. G. L. E. S. S. CLUB is a sole proprietorship. The company is owned and operated by Willie “Will” Rogers. As the company continues to grow, it is foreseen that it will be transitioned into a Limited Liability Company (LLC). An LLC structure will soon be favored to offer corporate structure and liability protection.

COMPANY HISTORY

The E. A. G. L. E. S. S. CLUB was founded by Willie “Will” Rogers after forty years of asking, seeking and knocking! It is the combination of wealth, health and spiritual wisdom learned the old fashion way; through trial and error! After twenty-three semi-successful business ventures, God opened the eyes of Will’s understanding and;

After seven years in the United States Marine Corp, two years in law enforcement and federal security; five years in corrections and private security; AND ten years in the health and fitness industry; Will combined the training methods of the Marines, police academy, correctional academy and the health and fitness industry to come up with his own unique training style called;

The E. A. G. L. E. S. S. CLUB was founded when Will was a minister ministering to Christians, believers and/or saints of God who were struggling with their identity in Christ, money, fitness and spiritual awareness.

Although other segments have been developing and show potential to provide future ministry and income, Christians, God’s people who lack knowledge (my people parish for lack of knowledge) are the core market.

Believers can be divided into three groups:

(1) the hand of diligent makes one RICH (Prov 10:4) These are believers who have all zeal and no knowledge, awareness, understanding or perception of the power of the word of God. This group consists mainly of new believers or new Christians who DO NOT yet understand 2 Corinthians 5:17 which states; This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!  Most of the people is this group have no identity, no purpose, no vision, no awareness of kingdom principles, no material wealth or spiritual currency.

(2) the hand of the diligent will RULE (Prov 12:24) The second group or stage of believers don’t YET understand 1 John 4:1 which states; Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. I personally spent a lot of time in this group. This group of believers will believe anything THE PASTOR or any person with a fancy title says. They usually WILL NOT or cannot do anything for themselves (spiritually speaking) This group do not think for themselves. They allow others to make choices for them.

(3) the last stage or group is; the SOUL of the diligent shall be made rich (Prov 13:4) THIS IS THE GROUP YOU WANT TO BE IN. This is group of believers KNOW who they are. They KNOW what they have been called, equipped and designed by God to do and most importantly, this group KNOWS and understands Romans 8:17 which states; And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.  This group’s mind, will and intellect has been transformed by the word of God!

The E. A. G. L. E. S. S. Club always has a heart for the sinner…ie…the lost. Those who have not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Although, we have a less intimate relationship with the various types of unbelievers, we do minister to that segment of the market as well.

This is a matter of growth, understanding, and knowledge of the Word of God for the believer.
